Dance Fitness Class - Adults & children 12 and up,  45 minute class

A fun and creative way to exercise with up beat music and a motivating dance instructor!  45 minute class includes warm up, dance exercise and cool down. All levels of fitness from beginners, intermediate to advanced.  Pre-registration is required.
